Technical Demolition Project Manager Our client City Demolition Contractors (Birmingham) Ltd are pleased to be recruiting for a Demolition Project Manager with specific experience in commercial/industrial/inner city/general demolition projects. The successful candidate will have extensive experience managing complex demolition projects. Duties and Responsibilities:

Reporting Directly to the Managing Director on a daily basis. Responsible for overseeing the execution of commercial/industrial/inner city/general demolition projects. Be the primary point of contact from pre-start meetings with clients to completion and final site sign off. Onsite management responsibilities for demolition projects of varying sizes. Responsibility to plan works, identify and implement works processes. Responsible for the production of SSoW i.e RAMS etc. Management of all site staff. Responsible for project completion with full time and budget understanding along with programmes. Management of client expectations and requirements meetings etc. Liaise with site managers to ensure labour, plant, and resources are allocated efficiently. Ensure all works are carried out to the highest health and safety standards. Skills and Experience:

Civil/structural/mechanical engineering/project management degree or equivalent. Minimum of 3 years Project Management experience in a demolition environment. Experience of managing large scale, technical demolition projects. Experience in Project Planning, Cost Management, Quality Management, Safety Management. Extensive experience of demolition Health and Safety policies and procedures. Current SMSTS qualification. Relevant demolition qualifications (e.g., CCDO Black Card). This is a geographical based position covering the midlands and expanding nationally, so living in and around Birmingham is preferable.
