Technical Design Coordinator Bodelwyddan, occasional local site travel 42,000 - 50,000 + Bonus + Package + Training + Progression This is a great opportunity for a Technical Design Coordinator to join a growing construction company where you will work on a variety of both Residential and Commercial projects, all whilst having opportunities for progression and investment into further training. Are you a Technical Design Coordinator with previous experience in the Construction industry and are looking for a new opportunity? With a large proportion of their projects being within their residential sector working on both public and private new build projects, they also have projects running within the commercial sector. With them being able to offer a high quality of service to their clientele, they have found great success since establishing. As of late, they have seen a great period of growth and with a full pipeline of work, they are looking to add to their dynamic team with this fantastic opportunity. In this role, you will take on a number of responsibilities where you will be working on the technical aspects of the role. You will be working on multiple live sites liaising with Architects, Engineering Consultants, and Subcontractors. You will also assist the project team and help resolve design and construction issues. Additionally, you will prepare and submit building warranty applications for new dwellings and secure agreements for new developments. Finally, you will act as the lead contact for clients during the design phase of new projects. Therefore, the ideal candidate will have technical experience working in the construction sector with experience using AutoCAD and/or Revit, as well as holding a full UK driver's license to be able to travel to sites in the region.
