We are seeking a skilled
Technical Designer/Interior Architect
to join our team and work on exceptional private residential projects. This role offers the chance to collaborate on luxury designs and contribute to highly detailed technical work. Key Responsibilities Create and develop detailed architectural drawings, including: General arrangement plans Furniture and finishes plans Lighting and power layouts Room elevations Assist in masterplan, façade, and interior layout development. Translate design sketches into comprehensive packages, including cabinetry, kitchens, and bathrooms. Prepare presentation materials for clients, architects, and manufacturers. Work closely with colleagues and consultants, including overseas teams, to ensure design coordination. What We’re Looking For A degree in Architecture or Interior Architecture (preferred). Proficiency in AutoCAD and strong knowledge of drawing standards. Experience with private residential projects, focusing on technical and spatial coordination.
