As the Technical Development Manager, you will be responsible for improving the technical knowledge and output of our teams. Working with operational managers, you will enhance technical knowledge across all skill levels. Your role demands strong leadership, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. You'll ensure your team is equipped to handle the most challenging claims while fostering a supportive and collaborative environment. The skills you will have when you apply:

Proven management skills:

and the confidence to lead a high-performing team.

Experience handling complex property insurance claims.

Excellent communication skills:

You'll speak with and write to policyholders, insurers, contractors, and more. You’ll explain complex details clearly and negotiate fair settlements for all.

Existing or intention to become Cert/Dip CILA qualified.
