Technical Development Manager Cheshire Manufacturing Work From Home (On site 3x per month) Working with an established, well-respected manufacturing client with multiple sites across England, we are looking to introduce a Technical Development Manager into their rapidly growing team. With a reputation for excellence and positive contributions to environmental safety, this is a business who are looking to continue their growth within the market. Reporting to the Strategic Product Manager, you will be responsible for growing market share of new and existing product lines Responsibilities: Engaging regularly with customers via face to face and virtual sales meetings Develop an opportunity pipeline. Attend Joint visits with business unit colleagues to grow market share of new and existing product lines Work to agreed key performance indicators. Requirements: Experience within Chemical Manufacturing/Distribution Strong communication skills with the ability to learn to communicate, present, and influence at all levels Organisation and planning skills with the ability to plan and work to deadlines Excellent teamwork skills and adaptability to changing priorities Creativity and imagination in problem-solving Strong Technical and Business Development experience Benefits: Company car Exceptional bonus scheme Flexible working around core hours of 9am – 5pm Career development opportunities Generous holiday allowance with buy/sell holiday scheme
