Technical Director – Highways

Share this Job Access Talent Group are recruiting for a leading international multi-disciplinary engineering and environment consultancy for a Highways Technical Director. They are looking for someone to come in and lead a Highways and Infrastructure team, overseeing the development and delivery of projects within the North West, including the management of the existing client base, whilst being able to grow the department by building external relationships, formulating tenders and winning work. Requirements: A highly experienced Project Delivery Director and/or successful Associate Director with around 20 years’ experience within a consultancy, or similar, business. A proven track record of profitable delivery of major highways for national and local authority clients. Excellent organisation and time management skills. Desire to innovate for the more efficient delivery of highway projects. Lead and develop a large team of professionals to deliver effectively and efficiently within cost, time, profitability and quality requirements. The role: Leading a team of 30+ Engineers with a desire to double the headcount. Working on all types of highways schemes from feasibility through to implementation, within both the private and public sector. Salary : £40,000 to £50,000 Per Annum Sector : Transport Infrastructure, Civil & Structural Engineering Contract Type : Permanent Town/City : Yorkshire
