Your role will require you to be a strong communicator to bring ideas together, manage projects, and ensure collaboration & smooth sailing between all active elements of live projects. Overseeing work produced by the wider team:
Ensuring that they meet standards, allowing the project to be delivered on time and within budget. Spot any issues/snags early:
Your vast knowledge and experience will allow you to spot any potential risks to projects, enabling you to analyze and prevent delays in project cycles. Be comfortable with clients:
You will engage with high-level clients, ensuring they know they are being looked after and their project is in safe hands. You will often be the first point of call for active project questions. You will operate at a high level within the studio:
Attending in-house meetings with other department heads and the board of directors to offer updates on workflow, standards, and projects, and to implement anything from those meetings into the wider teams and business. Your
Skills & Experience
will include: Expert REVIT and AutoCAD user Critical eye for technical design Personable and approachable Ability to balance business needs with client needs Ability to delegate while still being hands-on with design outputs Vast experience in UK Workplace Design & Build Seniority level:
