Are you looking to move into a technical support role within the battery storage industry? Are you experienced with the technical workings of battery storage used in products such as solar, camper vans, and golf carts?
This company is a retailer for lithium batteries. There will be opportunities for career progression as the company continues to grow, heading the technical support team as more engineers are brought on to handle the demand.
In this role, you will provide technical support to customers via phone or CRM system, as well as fault finding and testing of the LiFePO4 products. It will have both opportunities to work from home and be office based.
The ideal candidate will have knowledge of lithium batteries, providing information to clients, customers, and colleagues.

The Role:
Customer technical support for battery storage products. Servicing and fault finding of lithium-ion leisure batteries. Remote and office work.
The Person: Knowledge in lithium-ion batteries. Experience in testing, analyzing, and troubleshooting lithium battery systems.
