to join us. Reporting to the
Site Packaging Lead , this role will: Key Accountabilities:
Coordinate team members for tasks and major maintenance activities including preparation, execution, and validation for the completed work. Ensure the maintenance team are organised and updated on their priorities & objectives via their team leaders and/or the Maintenance Manager. Relevant training of operators and technicians, upskilling and appropriate use of unscheduled downtime. Supervise and be responsible for the safety, quality, and results of any external contractors. Create and update the planned maintenance activities in the relevant systems (RCA/BDA). Ensure performance management through suitable and relevant KPIs. Lead risk assessments and compliance checks where needed. Ensure continuous improvement in all we do & lead the development and implementation of excellence programs. Experience and Key Attributes:
University degree in Engineering – mechanical, electrical, automation or food technologies. Experience in a relative position in a production environment. Previous experience in continuous improvement programs would be beneficial. Knowledge of mechanics, hydraulics & pneumatics, electricals, and automation. Ability to build process specifications and use instrumentation to ensure that process control, quality, and safety standards are always met. Fluent in English – both spoken and written.
