Inspire, coach, and mentor a talented team, fostering a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and accountability. Use your expertise to identify new methodologies, tools, and techniques that can improve efficiencies and drive growth. Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to align goals and deliver measurable results. Own and drive improvement initiatives across Quality and Health & Safety systems.

Profile: A world-class manufacturing background, ideally within the aerospace or automotive sectors. A solid engineering background, with a degree or equivalent in a related field. Proven experience owning and delivering on Quality and Health & Safety systems. Strong knowledge and practical application of Lean methodologies and tools (e.g., Six Sigma, Kaizen). A passion for leading, coaching, and mentoring teams, inspiring them to achieve their full potential and adopt innovative ways of working. Exceptional communication and influencing skills, with the ability to engage and motivate teams at all levels. A results-driven mindset with a track record of delivering measurable business improvements.
