Monday to Friday Benefits: Company pension Cycle to work scheme Private medical insurance Full Job Description: Manage internal technical queries dialled in over the phone from your multi-skilled service engineer team in London. What You’ll Do: Help solve all field service engineer questions over the telephone. Questions will relate to electrical or mechanical BMU queries. Looking for an experienced engineer who can use the phone to help solve technical queries and provide engineering solutions with your vast electrical and mechanical knowledge. Support the team with their development and career aspirations, maintaining an environment where engineers can do their best work every day and enjoy what they do. Obsess over service; fix problems permanently; take pride in delivering maintainable service. What We’re Looking For: Demonstrable experience in leading, challenging, and supporting engineering and/or service teams to achieve business goals. Empathy and understanding of the challenges that engineers face. Comfortable in reaching technical trade-offs between short-term team and long-term business needs. Ability to communicate effectively, work together across engineering and operational teams, and build a network of internal and external stakeholders to get things done. Please apply with your CV.
