Customer Service – Technical Furniture Designer Fittingly is a dynamic and innovative manufacturer of bespoke fitted furniture. Using cutting-edge technology, we empower our customers to design their own custom wardrobes and storage solutions, which we manufacture in our Fenton, Stoke-on-Trent factory and deliver and install nationwide. We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our growing technical team. This team plays a crucial role in managing customer interactions and supporting our design & manufacturing processes. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the primary point of contact for customer enquiries via phone and email, delivering prompt, professional, and friendly assistance. Build and maintain strong customer relationships through clear communication and a commitment to delivering exceptional service. Guide and collaborate with our customers in taking accurate measurements and demonstrate strong spatial awareness, reflected in clear and accurate diagrams created. Collaborate with the Sales and Operations teams to address customer queries related to order fulfilment and product design. What We're Looking For: A passion for delivering outstanding customer service and a genuine desire to exceed customer expectations. Proven experience in handling customer enquiries, problem solving, and finding effective solutions. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers and team members. Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in computer systems and a willingness to learn our in-house tools and design software. A proactive, self-motivated approach, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team. Analytical and technical skills would be a necessity. As a key member of our team, you will play an essential role in ensuring our customers have a seamless and enjoyable experience from start to finish. Working Hours:
