Education:
Minimum of a Bachelors Degree in Microelectronics or Electrical Engineering. Expertise:
Layout of high speed/frequency circuits including amplifiers, phase-lock loops, oscillators etc. and other building blocks such as buffers, regulators and biasing. Experience:
Custom analog layout of circuits and blocks for multi-Gigabit serial data-link transceivers. Knowledge:
Modern semiconductor process technologies including 16nm, 7nm and 5nm. Tools:
Using EDA tools for design and verification such as Cadence Virtuoso, Spectre/HSpice, DRC/LVS. Understanding:
Parasitic extraction and modelling, Electro migration, IR drop and ESD requirements.
