As a Technical Implementation Specialist, you will deliver a range of consultancy services; training, data transfers, implementation assistance and advice for our Brightly products which is mainly deployed in the Public Sector/Local Authority Domain. This is primarily for our industry leading enterprise asset management software, enabling asset owners and partners to manage assets collaboratively, but may include our other globally used products. This role is home-based with a small requirement to travel to various client sites within the UK and some opportunity of international travel. You will work with and support the team on client implementations. Key responsibilities:

Data Transfer of Static and Legacy Data from client legacy systems with use of an ETL Write SQL for bespoke Reports and Dashboards Create XSLT Stylesheets Interface to 3rd Party Applications Training in Data Transfer of our Standard Import Specifications Deploy the implementation of Brightly products as advised by the Project Manager and working collaboratively with the team Develop and review supporting documentation and tools - looking for opportunities for improvements Client Technical Requirement analysis What skills & experience are required?

Experience as a Technical Specialist or in a similar role Attention to detail and effective communication skills Technical abilities: SQL, Excel skills, ETL tools, XML, XSLT, GraphQL, API, Postgres, SQL Server, Oracle, Python, JSON, GIS Self-motivated to develop new skills or techniques to grow and develop a career Analytical and problem-solving skills Willingness and ability to travel We value your unique identity and perspective and are fully committed to providing equal opportunities and building a workplace that reflects the diversity of society.
