is seeking a Technical Inside Sales Representative to join its fast-growing team. If you enjoy a fast-paced environment that works with many departments, this could be a fit for you. Primary Responsibilities
Maintain working relationships with existing customers to ensure they receive exceptional service and support when they submit an enquiry. Provide expert guidance to our customers through a consultative sales approach, leveraging Geosolutions' technical expertise to ensure we deliver the most appropriate solutions. Collaborate closely with Geosolutions brand specialists to identify and address technical requirements and consideration for optimal solutions. Create quotes and orders and coordinate with the production and shipping teams to ensure our customers have a positive and seamless experience with Geosolutions. Use consultative sales skills to identify future sales opportunities. Qualify incoming calls to prospect for further sales opportunities. Support regional business development managers and channel partners. Consistent use of Salesforce/Epicor to record customer transactions, correspondence, and pipeline future opportunities.
