This role goes beyond technical leadership. You’ll contribute to shaping strategies, architecting scalable solutions, and advancing industry best practices. Your passion for technology, leadership, and innovation will inspire teams and clients alike. What You’ll Be Doing: Collaborating with clients to bridge the gap between their business needs and technical capabilities. Leading high-performing technical teams in the design and delivery of complex, enterprise-grade solutions. Rolling up your sleeves to guide architecture decisions, troubleshoot issues, and ensure technical excellence. Driving internal growth by mentoring engineers, leading recruitment efforts, and fostering a culture of continuous learning. Shaping and delivering cloud-native solutions using platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure. Contributing to business growth by shaping technical solutions and supporting project bids. What We’re Looking For: Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues. A solid foundation in engineering principles, scalable system design, and security best practices. Experience mentoring and developing engineering talent through coaching, reviews, and pair programming. Proven success delivering enterprise applications in Agile environments using Scrum or Kanban. Expertise in modern engineering standards such as TDD, secure coding, and event-driven architecture. Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure-as-code, and DevOps practices.
