Technical Lead

with a solid background in software engineering plus key skills in designing and architecting AWS hosted microservices is sought by a high growth SaaS house based near Cheltenham.

Working at the forefront of B2C technology, this Technical Lead will play a key role in growing the company's flagship system, implementing software engineering best practices, and driving DevOps innovation to facilitate rapid business growth over the coming months.

This role would suit a senior or lead engineer or architect with hands-on capabilities across architecture, engineering, and DevOps who is happy mentoring the development team.

In return, this Technical Lead can expect excellent autonomy in this knowledge-share driven, innovation-led environment.

Key Skills Required:

Solid serverless/microservices architecture experience Strong software engineering skills - Node.js, React, GraphQL, MySQL, etc. Solid containerization skills - Docker, Kubernetes, etc. Infrastructure as code experience - Terraform Strong CI/CD pipeline creation - Jenkins, Gitlab Strong general AWS skills Experience building cross-platform cloud-based products A delivery-focused, mission-driven personality who is comfortable driving innovation Team leadership or mentorship experience
