Responsibilities Supervise the project team for technical aspects Promoting the development of technical leaders Ensuring that products are designed and manufactured according to technical (performance and quality) and cost requirements Aligning with Customer and/or Product Manager on product requirements Support the definition of project teams (how many and which resources) with function and PM managers Supervise the technical and technological choices of the project and definition of the technical BOM Perform design reviews in line with the PDP and promote product status Perform technical risk management on the product Ensure technical and safety compliance of the product Collaborate with operations for the industrialisation of the product up to SOP Collaborate with IP function to ensure non-counterfeiting and to protect new IP Validating technical aspects of ECRs Promoting ECRs for cost reduction, performance improvement or regulatory updates Collaborate with other Technical Managers to transfer best solutions and best practices Collaborate with the Advanced Engineering function to explore and validate new technologies and industry trends Requirements

At least 3-5 years in Technical Department/ R&D Proven experience in leading team members (even if not hierarchically) Proven experience as single Point of Contact (SPoC) for the customer Knowledge of technological processes Understanding of technical drawings and electronics parts Abroad experience will be considered a plus Good social and leadership skills (ability to work in a team, ability for effective coordination of a team) Fluent in Italian and English, verbally and in writing
