Candidate Profile We seek candidates with a strong technical background and a passion for leadership. While you may not meet every requirement, your enthusiasm for innovation and collaboration will set you apart.

Key qualifications and skills: Proven experience leading teams in Agile environments (e.g., Scrum or Kanban). Hold or open to Security Clearance. Proficiency in Java and expertise in scalable system design. Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure. Practical experience with modern tools and practices including CI/CD, DevOps, and infrastructure-as-code. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively with clients and team members. A commitment to continuous learning and staying updated on emerging technology trends.
