As a Technical Lead, you will provide expertise in designing, developing, and implementing cutting-edge solutions to meet the tactical and strategic needs of the Data & Enterprise Reporting function. You will be accountable for ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, maintaining technical currency, and driving best practices across development, orchestration, and containerization. Key Responsibilities: Provide technical expertise for the Risk Data Platform and its supplementary software components. Implement standards for

DevSecOps , orchestration, segregation, and containerization. Act as a technical expert, ensuring the design and implementation of robust, scalable, and secure technology solutions. Ensure compliance with mandatory and regulatory requirements, risk and control frameworks, and business imperatives. Collaborate with IT communities of practice to maximize automation, improve efficiency, and adopt the latest tools, techniques, and processes. Skills & Experience: Proficiency with

CI/CD tools

such as

Ansible

and

Jenkins . Strong knowledge of

Spark Framework

and

Delta Lake integration . Hands-on experience with distributed computing platforms like

Spark, Hadoop, Trino , etc. Expertise in

Python/PySpark . Proven experience in code reviews, code optimization, and enforcing best-in-class coding standards. Experience with multi-tenant application/platform architecture. Knowledge of access management, segregation of duties, and change management processes (DevSecOps). Knowledge of the

Apache ecosystem , including tools like

Spark

and

Airflow . Understanding of accessibility and security compliance. Strong expertise in user authentication, authorization, and multi-system/server environments. Excellent unit testing, integration testing, and debugging skills. Outstanding problem-solving, log analysis, and troubleshooting abilities. Experience working with databases such as

Postgres . Hands-on experience with

UNIX

and

Spark UI . Familiarity with orchestration tools such as

Zookeeper . Proficiency with

Git

for code versioning and CI/CD automation tools ( Jenkins, Puppet, Chef, Ansible ). Experience with

Linux
