Milton Keynes , you’ll lead a team of talented developers, oversee the technical architecture, and drive the delivery of innovative EPOS solutions. This role combines technical expertise with leadership, making it perfect for someone eager to make an impact in a fast-paced environment. We offer:

Lead the design, development, and deployment of full-stack EPOS solutions. Oversee technical architecture to ensure scalability, security, and performance. Manage and mentor a team of developers, fostering collaboration and innovation. Collaborate with product managers to define technical requirements and project timelines. Conduct code reviews to ensure best practices and coding standards are met. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues promptly. Integrate EPOS systems with other restaurant management tools and third-party services. Stay updated with industry trends to drive continuous improvement. Implement DevOps practices to streamline development and deployment. What we’re looking for:

Proven experience as a full-stack engineer. Strong proficiency in .NET framework and React for front-end development. Solid understanding of SQL databases and cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues. An excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills. Proactive, self-motivated, and detail-oriented. Adaptable and eager to learn new technologies.
