This pivotal role offers an opportunity to shape the pre-construction and technical management processes, ensuring successful project delivery and client satisfaction. As a Technical Leader, you will: Oversee technical management across multiple projects. Lead the pre-construction design processes, ensuring clarity and reducing risks. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including bid teams, clients, and supply chain partners. Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and Dalkia’s technical processes. Key Responsibilities: Manage technical strategies and deliverables for projects. Identify and mitigate design risks during the pre-construction phase. Ensure effective design coordination and communication across teams. Support digital engineering initiatives and leverage tools like 3D modelling software. Oversee technical compliance with the Building Safety Act and CDM regulations. The Person We’re looking for someone who: Holds a BEng or MEng/MSc in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Building Services Engineering. Has at least 10 years of experience in building services design. Is working towards or has achieved Chartered status with CIBSE, IET, or IMechE. Has managed projects valued between £5-50M in sectors like healthcare, commercial, or MOD. Demonstrates strong communication, organisational, and leadership skills.
