Technical Machine Setters - Extrusion Machinery
A leading manufacturing organisation is hiring for experienced Technical Machine setters - Extrusion Machinery for their team based in Maidenhead. Candidates must have setting and maintenance experience of machines.

£15.55 - £16.11 per hour + 30% shift allowance Shift Timings:
Night shift (6.45pm to 7.00am) Responsibilities: Ensure the effective operation of the production line machinery with smooth operation as per required settings for the product. Maintain, strip, clean, and rebuild the machinery and perform start-up processes. Monitor processes and troubleshoot any issues that arise. Report heavy/major alerts to the site supervisor/managers. Continuously monitor product quality, adjusting processes and/or material mix to maintain quality thresholds. Conduct fault testing, diagnose problems, and solve complex issues. Possess working knowledge of setting coilers, including BPB, PB rewind settings, LLDPE, Zumbach settings, and more. Adhere to health and safety protocols and guidelines.
