About the role The Technical Manager is responsible for the oversight and the development of Fire Safety Products and provide quality assurance of current fire detection Products. The Technical Manager can review building control consultations for simple, complex and fire engineered design submissions. Provide support and guidance to the business whilst providing customer support remotely and site visits where our products have been installed. The Technical Manager will support, train, and offer guidance our current team of sales professionals and customers in line with our quality framework. You will develop and support business engagement campaigns; and will work with other departments and partners to improve the quality of our products.You should be willing to attend external bodies, national committees or working groups as required and network with peers to capture/share learning and good practice.This is an exciting role for a Technical Manager aspiring to be part of a customer focused team. You’ll be involved in all stages of product design from the initial concept through to release for manufacture and create new designs to update our current product range.
