Level 6 qualification (e.g. undergraduate degree) plus work experience in a relevant technical role, or extensive work experience in relevant technical roles with management experience and/or qualification. Evidence of commitment to professional development and progression in increasingly demanding roles. Comprehensive technical experience and knowledge of a range of scientific procedures applicable to the work area, e.g. plant or seed biology and cellular or molecular techniques.
