Managing Technical Delivery : Oversee the effective delivery of developments from a technical perspective. Leading Communication : Conduct meetings and present to clients and the senior leadership team with confidence. Project Management : Ensure timely progression of mixed tenure residential projects from pre-start to physical site commencement, providing support during the build phase. Role Requirements
Coordinate Design Teams : Manage the design team and specialist subcontractors efficiently. Technical Evaluation : Assess scheme proposals to ensure compliance with planning and building control standards. Product Appraisal : Evaluate new building products and relevant legislation. Qualifications
Previous experience in a similar role, particularly in residential new builds for both private sale and social housing markets. Strong leadership qualities and effective management skills.
