Technical Manager
Technical Manager focuses on ensure all critical systems (hv/lv, ups, standby power, hvac/cooling) are operated and maintained in line with best practice.
What the role involves
- Ensure all critical systems (HV/LV, UPS, standby power, HVAC/cooling) are operated and maintained in line with best practice.
- Review and approve technical documentation including RAMS, switching schedules, and SOPs.
- Ensure full compliance with health & safety procedures.
- Lead technical audits, ensuring full compliance with statutory and client requirements.
- Maintaining accurate and auditable engineering records and documentation systems.
- Leading incident investigations, producing detailed reports and implementing corrective actions.
Skills and requirements
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations – essential.
- IOSH or equivalent health & safety qualification.
- Water hygiene (L8) knowledge.

- C£75,000-£80,000 + Car Allowance + Paid Overtime.

- Support the development of engineering processes, procedures, and emergency response plans.
