Location - Based out of Hertfordshire/ London.
Salary up to £70k + Package
My client is looking for a new Technical Manager - Fire Safety. The Technical Manager of Fire Safety will be looking after a team of Fire Risk Assessors. The Technical Manager will be responsible for conducting Type 1- Type 4 risk assessments. The Technical Manager will also get involved in CPD, training staff, and validation of FRA's. The Technical Manager will specialise in high rise social housing residential projects. 5 years as a Senior Fire Risk Assessor Type 1 - Type 4 Risk Assessments Compartmentation surveying and fire door experience Suitable job titles may include: 'Senior Fire Risk Assessor', 'Senior Fire Consultant', 'Technical Manager', or 'Lead Fire Safety Consultant'.
