Our Technical Manager will lead in new projects to manage the design and client interactions to deliver our engineering modular wetland ecosystems. The product offers a unique benefit to both people and nature, so you’ll play a vital role in a sustainable business.

Some of Your Key Duties Include:
Designing anchoring and mooring systems for projects. Preparing project drawings and leading on technical designs. Liaising with clients from initial concept through to technical queries. Supporting the Operations Manager with technical input as required. Visiting sites and clients. Coordinating with external and internal stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
What Do You Need? Demonstrable experience in AutoCAD & SketchUp design packages. Demonstrable experience in carrying out calculations for buoyancy and anchoring systems. Excellent attention to detail. Excellent communication skills. Personable, with a commitment to delivering solutions through partnerships. Prior experience working with water companies, environment agencies, or similar. Prior experience in a water and/or biodiversity-related technical field would be advantageous. UK Driving Licence.
