What you'll do: Lead and Develop:

Implement food safety and key QA programs (think HACCP, GMPs, Pest Control, Incident Management, complaint handling, Food Allergen and Environmental Monitoring). Strategic Planning:

Work with the EMEA Technical team to craft and execute a strategic quality plan. Performance Improvement:

Roll out key performance indicators for Quality and Food Safety and spearhead initiatives to boost performance. Cross-functional Leadership:

Understand various plant functions and resolve issues that impact multiple areas. Innovate and Influence:

Adapt to changes in the external environment and seek innovative solutions. Informally influence Operations and Supply Chain teams to do the same.

What you've got: Over 10 years of functional/leadership experience. Proven track record of significant and relevant skills in Technical and leadership roles. Strong leadership experience with success in managing multiple projects and people. Detailed understanding of plant and warehouse operations. Basic commercial awareness related to industry competition. Extensive knowledge of HACCP, BRC Auditing, SSOPs, GMPs, Quality Systems, and Hygiene.
