Technical Manager (HVAC)

Salary starting at £45,000 - £55,000 + company vehicle

Mon - Fri 8-5pm

Office based role

Due to consistent growth, my client is looking to take on a Technical Manager who has experience within the HVAC and Building Services industry. Working closely with the Operations and Account Management teams. Responsibilities:

Responsible for leading technical efforts Completing tenders, conducting contract surveys, and providing costs Maintenance schedules, and timelines in line with compliance standards (including SFG20) Assisting with small works projects Technical support Improve client relationships Assist account managers Conduct site/subcontractor audits Key Skills & Experience:

HVAC: 2 years (required) Background in building services (mechanical and electrical) Contract management: 3 years (required) Heat Network experience and knowledge desirable Experience in supervising multi-disciplined maintenance workforce and overseeing the correct delivery of contractual commitments and service quality Benefits:
