AA+ BRC accreditation . In this role, you will lead and mentor a team, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and ensure compliance with industry standards. Note:
This position presents a fantastic opportunity for career advancement for the right candidate. Job role: Ensure the company and its suppliers meet BRC and other food safety standards. Maintain and develop the company s QMS. Review, improve and update the HACCP system. Lead and mentor a team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Ensure compliance with all relevant standards and regulations Qualifications & Experience: Previous experience working within a Food Manufacturing environment

(essential) . Experience with
HACCP/TACCP/VACCP . Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a passion for fostering a collaborative work environment. What s on offer: Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 (negotiable for the right candidate) Working Hours: Monday to Thursday: 8:00 AM - 4:15 PM, Friday: 8:00 AM - 3:30 PM (some overtime may be required during busy periods) Remote Work: Opportunity to work remotely one day a week.
