Responsibilities:
General Maintenance of the Food Safety Management Systems Leading HACCP and TACCP teams Manage and support the QA team, leading them to deliver successful results To lead internal and external audits Monitor the departments KPS's, ensuring targets are achieved and improved To carry out senior management meetings To investigate and respond to customer complaints To work with other departments to implement change
Requirements:
HACCP Level 4 certification Excellent knowledge of BRC and leading audits Experience within a similar position in a food manufacturing environment Must have experience leading a team Good knowledge of Health and safety requirements Experience of implementing improvements and innovations Driven and Highly Organised
