Technical Manager
for a well-respected new build residential developer with sites in Berkshire and the surrounding counties. The role will entail appointing and managing external consultants, checking their work and providing assistance to the other departments (advice to construction staff on site, information for sales brochures, details for the commercial team etc). Their developments are typically housing and low-rise apartment schemes. You will be an experienced Technical Manager or Senior Technical Coordinator working within the residential development industry, coming from an architectural or civil engineering background, and having experience of working on a range of residential projects.
