– Yearly salary up to £90,000 P.A, Leicestershire based, Senior Site Engineer / Technical Manager role, Residential Groundworks Contractor, Permanent role.

This Technical Manager opportunity is for a Residential Groundworks and Civil Engineering company. With 70 years in operation and a £60m turnover, this Residential Groundworks company is looking to expand their operational team with the addition of a Technical Manager to oversee Site Engineers. There is an opportunity for career progression into more senior roles.
Projects range from £10-£40m in value and include working in tandem with main contractors on the civil engineering and groundworks packages for major housebuilders. As such, candidates will ideally come from a Residential Groundworks background and have experience delivering similar schemes.
Overview:
Ensuring technically compliant and economic design solutions are developed for design stages. Schedules, prioritises and reviews own work. Analytical thinking/Decision making. Ability to select economic solutions at tender stage. Understanding of time and implications of decisions.
Education: Qualified to a minimum of HNC/HND through completion of a technical apprenticeship or degree. Chartered Engineer would be desirable but not essential.
On Offer: Up to £90,000 basic salary (DOE). Car allowance. Healthcare. Pension.
