(not exhaustive) EFW / ERF / Energy from Waste Shift Leader, Operations Manager, Engineering Manager, Maintenance Manager or Supervisor. YOUR PREVIOUS BACKGROUNDS:

(not exhaustive) Energy From Waste, Incineration, Power Station, Biomass, Clinical Waste Treatment, Cremation. LOCATION:

The position is based in the Cheshire Area. CLIENT:

My client is a market-leading organisation in the waste management and recycling sector. They are engaged in waste management and recycling services, with waste processing infrastructure across the UK that allows the processing of municipal and confidential waste streams and conversion to clean through an incineration process. ROLE:

You will provide Technical plant performance, maintenance & engineering support to ensure that plant throughput is maintained and downtime minimized. You will have dotted line management of a team of employees and utilize strong people skills to develop a strong team ethic and good working relations. You will help to ensure that the site operates within the relevant ISO’s, environmental permits and regulations. You will ensure compliance with the company's Health and Safety, Quality and Environmental Management Systems, Policies, and Procedures, ensuring that systems are in place to maintain safe systems of work for company and contractors' staff. You will identify risks within a hazardous environment. EXPERIENCE:

A technical understanding or experience of an incineration process is required, including Energy From Waste, Incineration, Power Station, Biomass, Clinical Waste Treatment, Cremation. Apprentice trained engineer qualified at C & G Level 3 or above in Mechanical or Electrical (wiring regulations a plus) is an advantage. Knowledge of DCS, PLC’s, SCADA, Industrial Control Systems and SAP is of great benefit. Health and safety qualifications IOSH Managing Safely, NEBOSH general or above is an advantage. WAMITAB COTC4 in General or Hazardous is an advantage.
