They are seeking a Technical Manager with strong retailer and supplier experience to lead a team and collaborate cross-functionally with innovation and hygiene teams, to maintain the highest standards. They have huge growth plans and are already multisite!
Job Description
Help lead the Technical function - report into the Head of Technical
Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance operational efficiency.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and industry regulations.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the department.
Be involved in the auditing process - whether that be internally or when retailers come on site.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Technical Manager should have:
Degree in Food (preferred)
HACCP Level 4
BRC experience
Retailer experience
Food Safety Level 4
