£40,000 – £45,000 + 10% bonus Benefits:
Company car, Bupa health care, pension & 25 days annual leave The role of Technical Manager – Root Protection Systems will involve: Promoting a range of tree root protection systems Dealing with specifiers, consultants, designers, architects, civils contractors and councils Providing technical solutions to customers ensuring that they get the best product for their requirements Discovering and establishing new specifications and identifying potential projects Presenting CPD’s (circa 8 seminars per month) Conducting site visits assessing the customers' requirements and ensuring the project can be completed Instructing Engineers to carry out ground testing where required Regular liaison with internal sales team to book in CPD’s and client visits Offering technical advice to the sales team to assist with the raising of quotations The ideal applicant will have: Sound technical knowledge of arboriculture, civils or groundworks Experience in a field-based position managing your own diary Ideally experience in ground reinforcement products such as geomembranes, grass/gravel reinforcements, drainage modules, gabions, erosion controls & root protection Experience with dealing with specifiers, consultants, contractors and councils Familiarity with specifications and specification literature Confidence in presenting CPD’s Highly organised, motivated and driven Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Outgoing, enthusiastic and confident personality Comfortable working both autonomously and as part of a team IT Literate Mitchell Maguire is a specialist Construction Sales Recruitment Consultancy, dealing exclusively with Construction Sales Jobs and Vacancies.
