Our client is a rapidly expanding national firm of loss adjusters that seeks to further develop its management team through the appointment of at least one additional Technical Manager. You can live anywhere within the UK and will be responsible for: Mentoring and development of technical adjusters. Technical overview of reporting. Control and improvement of client relationships. Handling a small challenging caseload of major & complex losses. This is a genuine opportunity for individuals to take up an initial senior management role that could quickly lead to a Directorship. Candidates will ideally be A/FCILA qualified with management experience and technical expertise of domestic and commercial property losses. Our client wants to hear from individuals with genuine ambitions to progress to Director level and who are frustrated through a lack of current opportunities. You can live anywhere within the UK but must be expected to travel nationally dependent on the requirements of the job. Basic salary could exceed £80,000 plus profit share/bonus, car allowance, pension, private medical care and 25 days holiday.
