Based within the Enabling Team, you will be a single point of contact for the Enabling Team who are a specialist team providing technical guidance, advice, and support.

You will provide a wide range of administrative and technical support to projects and service delivery, helping to maximise the supply of affordable housing in the Dorset Council area for affordable housing projects. Liaising with internal and external contacts, verbally and in writing, offering excellent customer service and support. These contacts will include individuals and professional organisations. The post holder will be required to attend meetings which may include consultations.

Creating, operating, and managing robust and detailed financial records to support budget management, grant, and specialist funding spend.

Designing and presenting data analysis to focus service priorities, meet targets, and meet corporate objectives.

Providing support to senior officers by arranging and attending meetings, taking notes, and managing actions to meet project deadlines. Projects may include new contracts, and you will provide contract administration support where necessary. The experience, knowledge, and skills for this role are specified in detail in the Person Specification and Job Description, but we are looking for someone who is organised, flexible, and can meet the demands of a busy work schedule and ensure deadlines are met.
