Technical Partner Enablement Leads

to drive technical education and enablement for our strategic cloud and technology partners. In this highly technical role, you will create and deliver technical content and training that empowers partners to build cutting-edge solutions with Claude. Working closely with our partnerships team, you will serve as a technical expert who can engage deeply with partner engineering teams, solutions architects, and technical leaders. Your mission will be to lead high-impact technical events and create compelling content that showcases Claude's advanced capabilities to developers. Through a combination of conference keynotes, technical hackathons, developer podcasts, and hands-on workshops, you'll showcase Claude's advanced capabilities and help technical audiences push the boundaries of what's possible with frontier AI models. This role offers the opportunity to shape how leading technology companies understand and implement Claude's capabilities. Your work will directly influence how partners build with and teach others about Claude. Core Responsibilities:

Lead technical hackathons, developer workshops, and hands-on coding sessions Create and deliver workshops and presentations at major technical conferences around the world Develop and present technical content for developer podcasts and video series Create compelling technical demonstrations and reference implementations Design and deliver sophisticated technical training programs for partner engineering teams Develop detailed technical tutorials and documentation focused on advanced implementations Travel 20-30% of the time for conferences, hackathons, and technical events You may be a good fit if you:

Have 5+ years of technical experience, with significant time spent in developer relations or technical evangelism Are an experienced conference speaker with a track record of keynote presentations Have led successful technical hackathons and developer workshops Have created and hosted technical podcasts or video content Have deep expertise in software development and cloud platforms Can create compelling technical demonstrations and reference implementations Have strong understanding of AI/ML concepts and advanced implementations Are skilled at leading hands-on technical sessions and workshops Have experience creating high-quality technical content across multiple formats Have proven success driving developer engagement and technical adoption Strong candidates may also:

Have specific expertise in large language models or AI systems Have an existing following in technical communities Have experience building developer programs or technical communities Have led technical enablement for enterprise products Have created successful technical content (blogs, videos, courses) Logistics

Education requirements:

We require at least a Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience. Location-based hybrid policy:

Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices. Visa sponsorship:
