Responsibilities:
Identify new business opportunities in the IT / Networks sector including festivals, conferences, exhibitions, and outdoor events Create strategies to successfully reach new business opportunities Build relationships with new clients, assessing their needs, and developing proposals Maintain and develop relationships with current clients Pitch sales and products to new and existing clients Attend client visits, conferences, and events to build relationships with industry partners whilst staying up to date with new trends Create sales forecasts and actively work towards reaching them Possess a strong understanding of the company’s products and industry competition Support the Partnerships Director to achieve set targets to contribute to the overall success of the company Take accountability for operational efficiency with correct Gross Margins Liaise directly with clients on and off site ensuring 5* customer satisfaction Report figures on a weekly basis, on 6-month pipeline Candidate Attributes:
Knowledge in the audio-visual market or events industry Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to form and maintain strong working relationships Ability to make key decisions to help meet both external and internal budgets Organised with the ability to remain calm during busier periods Determined mindset and ability to work to achievable, personalised targets Hours: Monday – Friday, 9am – 5:30pm (flexibility to work some weekends to attend events both in the UK & Europe will be required – all expenses paid) Salary: Competitive base salary + excellent bonus and benefits package including free parking
