Technical PM (Senior Data Centre / cabling Engineer)
Project Manager focuses on managing data centre migration projects through inception.
What the role involves
- Managing data centre migration projects through inception.
- Undertake site visits, surveys and scoping calls to help define customer requirements.
- Be responsible for the design and estimations of structured cabling solutions.
- Managing and grow internal and external engineering teams.
- Develop our supplier network.
- Adopting, updating and creating interconnectivity patching schedules.
Skills and requirements
- Min. 3 years + in structured cabling design and installation.
- Min. 3 years + in a wide variety of fibre and copper products for data centres and commercial premises.
- Complete understanding of industry best practices in cabling installations and testing procedures for both copper and fibre solutions.
- Excellent understanding of CAT5e, CAT6, CAT6A, OM3/OM4 and OS2 cabling systems.

- Remote + Optional Overtime + bonus.

- Ideally looking for candidates within 1 hour of our Slough HQ (extremely beneficial).
