We are seeking an experienced

Technical Pre-Construction Manager

to oversee minor construction projects in the pharmaceutical sector. This is a client-facing role requiring strong mechanical and electrical expertise to define project scopes, ensure regulatory compliance, and bridge the gap between client expectations and engineering execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the primary liaison between clients and engineering teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment. Define and develop project scopes for minor pharmaceutical construction works, ensuring technical and regulatory standards are met. Review and interpret mechanical and electrical engineering documents, providing input on design and construction. Ensure deliverables align with client requirements, project timelines, and compliance standards. Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure technical feasibility and project success. Provide technical support to project managers and engineering teams during execution phases.

About You:

Strong technical background in mechanical and electrical engineering, ideally with experience in pharmaceutical or life sciences projects. Proven ability to develop project scopes and align technical specifications with client goals. Familiarity with industry regulations and construction management processes. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical details to diverse audiences. Collaborative and proactive approach to problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.
