// DESCRIPTION As our Technical Producer at BULKHEAD, you will champion giving the developers the autonomy and accountability to deliver their work through steering the team towards milestone deadlines. You will be expected to track and maintain the production schedules relevant to your team, make sure the team is moving at a healthy pace, maintain the road map for your team and co-ordinate with all Leads and Producers to ensure we deliver above all else, a top-quality game. Programming experience is highly desired as it will allow you to communicate effectively with the development team and contribute to problem-solving throughout the production process. This is an in-studio role and this is non-negotiable; however, we can offer bespoke relocation packages. All candidates must be based in and have the right to work in the UK. At this time, we are unable to offer any visa sponsorship. If you have the skills and passion we are looking for and want to be part of something special, we want to hear from you. // RESPONSIBILITIES Drive the development team by creating plans and roadmaps for the development. Facilitate conversations between key people across different departments. Understand the business goals of the game. Make sure the team is on track for successfully hitting milestones. Work with the department leads to develop AAA quality games. Be the point of contact for information within your department. Measure team health by running retros. Understand risks within the project scope to minimise potential issues. // REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE 2+ years’ experience of driving projects forward in any industry. Previous experience in Programming in a Games Development Role. Experience with different Project Management styles and tools. A passion for games. Production experience with technical teams. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Effective management skills with the drive to organise and understand what needs to be prioritised. // DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE Experience in the games industry. An understanding of UE4/UE5. A solid knowledge of the development process. Experience working in multi-discipline teams.
