Southampton (hybrid - min 3 days working in the office) We're seeking an experienced Technical Product Manager to lead our API integrations and product expansion efforts. This role is critical in enhancing our platform's connectivity and scalability, enabling smooth and seamless data flow across various systems. You'll drive the roadmap for API developments, manage external and internal integrations, and work closely with Engineering to build scalable, client-driven API solutions that support our customers' cross-border needs. Responsibilities

API Roadmap & Strategy:

Define and execute a product roadmap for API integrations that aligns with business goals and customer needs, prioritizing API enhancements and new integrations based on impact and scalability. Integration Development:

Lead the development of API features and improvements, ensuring they meet high standards for reliability, security, and scalability. Technical Collaboration:

Work closely with Engineering to design API architectures, validate technical feasibility, and manage the end-to-end integration lifecycle. Client and Partner Engagement:

Act as the point of contact for clients and partners on API-related features, ensuring seamless integration and optimal API usage across third-party platforms. Requirements Gathering:

Use your technical expertise to capture and translate business needs into API requirements, including use cases, technical specifications, and detailed user stories. Data-Driven Insights:

Monitor API usage metrics, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimize API performance, user engagement, and customer satisfaction. Documentation & Support:

Oversee the creation of API documentation, guidelines, and best practices for internal and external developers to ensure ease of use and proper API adoption. Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Partner with Sales, Operations, and Customer Success to prioritize and implement integrations that support client growth and improve operational efficiency. Product Scaling:

Continuously evaluate and enhance API capabilities to support rapid expansion and integration with new systems and tools. About You

Experience:

3+ years as a Technical Product Manager with a focus on API development, integration, and management for SaaS or tech-driven environments (Fintech, Financial Services preferred). Client-Centric Mindset:

Ability to translate complex client needs into technical API solutions that enhance connectivity and improve the user experience. Technical Understanding:

Familiarity with agile methodologies and product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Azure DevOps, Power BI). Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, API design principles, data formats (JSON, XML), and integration patterns. Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and API management tools (e.g., Postman, Swagger). Analytical & Data-Driven:

Skilled in using metrics and analytics to drive API strategy and optimization decisions. Experienced in leveraging data and client feedback to inform strategy and drive product decisions using tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Amplitude). Project Management Skills:

Proven success in leading API-focused projects, managing priorities, and working cross-functionally to deliver on time and within scope. Strong Communicator:

Able to convey product vision and strategy clearly to diverse audiences. Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. The Benefits
