You should have commercial experience in a technical environment, working alongside software engineering teams with a focus on delivery. A good technical comprehension of the software development lifecycle, Agile methodologies, SaaS-based products, APIs, UX, and DevOps is essential. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must, as is a collaborative nature and a passion for problem-solving. While a degree in a STEM discipline is preferred, it is not a strict requirement.

As our Technical Product Manager, you will leverage your in-depth understanding of technology to lead projects focused on complex APIs and SDKs. You'll work embedded within delivery teams, UX, and engineering, using your software development knowledge to make key trade-offs, guide the delivery process, and address any gaps in requirements. Additionally, you will be responsible for producing technical documentation, wireframes, and API scaffolding as needed. You will be a part of a highly regarded provider of serverless real-time infrastructure for the Internet, processing billions of messages daily and powering services ranging from live chat and VoIP calls to real-time pricing and stock availability around the globe. Collaborating remotely most of the time, you'll have the opportunity to meet up with the team at our dog-friendly office in North London for tech talks and lunch-and-learn events.
