in a supportive and dynamic setting. Required Skills & Experience 10+ years of experience in a technical role, with at least 8 years specializing in jersey, knit, and woven products. Proven experience in technical management, leading teams, and optimizing processes. Expertise in pattern cutting, grading, garment construction, and fit standards. Strong understanding of factory compliance, testing requirements, and regulatory standards (REACH, AQL, sustainability compliance, etc.). Experience in setting up and maintaining testing manuals, digital product passports, and quality control frameworks. Ability to develop and implement sustainability initiatives across factories, production, and supply chains. Strong collaboration skills to work with factories, suppliers, and internal teams to maintain fit, quality, and efficiency. Track record of reducing sampling by standardizing fit blocks and improving production efficiency. Ability to assess risks, troubleshoot technical issues, and drive continuous improvement in processes. Experience conducting factory audits, supplier evaluations, and corrective action plans. Willingness to travel internationally for supplier visits, factory inspections, and compliance checks. Exceptional leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills with a proactive and adaptable mindset. Responsibilities: Oversee (garment) technology for the Group's global brands. Lead and manage the (Garment) Technologist team to ensure smooth operations. Work across apparel, accessories, and footwear, ensuring quality, fit, and compliance. Develop and implement systems, quality manuals, and sustainability initiatives. Collaborate with factories, suppliers, and internal teams to maintain standards and resolve technical issues. Conduct fit sessions, approve product specifications, and maintain brand consistency. Ensure compliance with testing, audits, and REACH standards. Implement digital product passports and streamline processes for efficiency. Analyse customer feedback to improve fit and reduce returns.
