The Technical Product Manager has an authoritative and deep tacit understanding of the technical design of their product and the way in which it meets the needs of our business. They will serve as the face of the technical solution and align with development and business teams to optimize the development of the product while producing high-quality outcomes in delivery and strategy. The ideal candidate will have Financial Service Industry knowledge and relevant domain knowledge evidenced by experience in performing the role of a Product Manager in a wide variety of complex situations. The Technical Product Manager will provide expert opinion in the development of Product Roadmaps and Backlogs and will support all aspects of the successful integration of the Product. Role Responsibilities & Key Accountabilities:

Nurtures relationships with Business Stakeholders and Sponsors to understand and respond to existing and emerging customer requirements and changing priorities. Partners with and supports the architect, development, QA, and delivery managers within the Programme. Oversees interaction between Product Owners, the development group, and internal customers for the ongoing development of the Product. Defines the strategic roadmap for the delivery of new product iterations and ensures the product backlog represents the needs and priorities of our users. Manages dependencies within the Product delivery and across related technical components. Identifies and escalates project risks and issues, drives mitigating actions, and ensures high priority items are escalated to appropriate committees for decision making. Champions Agile Principles throughout the Product Development Life-Cycle. Coordinates communications to internal customers regarding new and improved technology solutions demonstrating delivery of their long-term technology requirements and business plans. Oversees the training programme delivered to users and provides ongoing expert technical advice. Qualifications & Experience:

Degree educated or equivalent. Product Management/Business Analysis background with appropriate certifications. Experience in leading delivery of products in an Agile environment. Experience with Jira or similar products. Understanding of Data & Information Architecture. Understanding of the principles of Natural Language Processing and Machine Learning. Capable of motivating and energizing others and driving towards a common goal. Deep understanding of the financial services industry, with experience in market data. Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and services (AWS, GCP, Azure). Good understanding of software development lifecycles and methodologies. Proficient with business analysis tools and Microsoft office products. Ability and willingness to build knowledge of new business domains. Superb communication skills – verbal and written.
