Reporting directly to the Head of Infrastructure and working collaboratively with Engineers, Product Managers, and other Team Leads, you will be accountable for transforming Fresha’s infrastructure to accelerate product delivery while maintaining reliability at a

- Drive cross-organizational alignment through effective communication Multitasking

- Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment Metrics-Driven

- Define and track product success metrics to improve adoption Strategic Leadership

- Drive and refine product vision, mission, and strategy in alignment with company goals Delivery Ownership

- Be co-accountable for the impact, roadmap, prioritization, and delivery of your teams' solutions Innovation

- Identify opportunities for platform improvements that enable faster time-to-market This list is not exhaustive and there may be other activities you are required to deliver. What we are looking for Strong product roadmap development and execution capabilities 2+ years of platform product management experience with focus on high-scale systems Growth mindset with a humble, curious, and open-minded attitude Experience with agile methodologies and development practices Strategic thinking and planning capabilities Added bonus Bi-lingual - Fluency in English and another language 2-3 years of software engineering background with comprehensive SDLC understanding Understanding of observability tools and practices (monitoring, logging, tracing) Experience with cost optimisation in cloud environments Team collaboration and motivation skills At Fresha, we value passion and potential as much as specific skills.
